Postage and Returns

Postage is by Royal Mail,with options offered at checkout.We are normally able to send out orders received before 4 p.m. that same day,but cannot guarantee this.If you need something for the next day,and are choosing the Special Delivery postage option,we recommend that you phone us first. Stock is updated every night,but we may have sold something during the day,and it wouldn't yet show on the site.

1 ) Returns: All unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased from the Sparx website may be returned for a refund within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. Our costumes are sold in re-sealable packaging, which allows you to check suitability; as such we request these items to be returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging. 2) We will not refund: Items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygienic reasons unsealed items including; make-up, eyelashes, tights, wigs, underwear and masks,body jewellery, and contact lenses where the seal is broken. Some costumes have sealed wigs, in such cases if the costume is not appropriate please do not open the wig, as once it has been opened refunds cannot be given. 3) Instructions for returning merchandise: Before sending parcels back to us please phone us for a Returns Authorization Number which you can get by contacting Sparx Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5:30 pm on: 01248 351711. You will need to confirm your name, order number, and postcode so please have these available if you phone. When returning the merchandise please include the Returns Authorization Number as failure to do so will result in a delay of any refund. 4) Liability: We shall be under no liability in respect to any defect arising from; fair wear and tear, negligence or abnormal working conditions.
